Eye of the Void Colossus:

Once per character, the wielder of the Eye of the Void Colossus may install the Eye into their body, granting them the following benefits and penalties. The wielder increases their Magic and elderly start time by 1. However, once the artifact is installed, it cannot be removed or unequipped. Once a character with the artifact installed dies, they have a 20% chance of becoming a Void entity upon death. The successor of this character must face the Void entity in a duel to the death before taking any mechanical action. Regardless of the outcome of the duel, the void entity dies.
